[Resolved]  Razorpay — money deducted but railway ticket not booked

I had done a transaction of rs 740 on irctc rail connect app on[protected]. The money got deducted from my account and got credited to your account but irctc showed a failed transaction. I have already posted a complaint but you are still not responding. Patterns show that all irctc transaction thru razorpay are failed which makes us think u r a fraud company. Kindly refund my money or face the consequences.

Hi Kamal, we checked the txn with the UPI ref:[protected] and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. If there has been a debit, please note that the amount will be credited back to your a/c in 7-10 working days, failing which pls drop us a mail to [protected]@razorpay.com.
