[Resolved] Razorpay — money deducted while booking a ticket but not refunded. | |||
I tried to book a ticket on 12th june, the money was deducted but my ticket was not booked.. I have already registered a complaint on 15th june regarding the above issue but i received no response. It has been more than 13 days since the issue had taken place. Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com The failed transaction screenshot is attached below.
