[Resolved] Razorpay — money deducted without ticket been booked | |
Hi, I tried booking tatkal ticket on the morning of 11th may, 2018 on irctc & made upi payment from bhim mobile application through razorpay but the money got deducted from my bank a/c without success. At time of booking my ticket is in waiting list so i cancel the ticket but my payment not refund after 6 day that is i book ticket 2nd may 2018
Today 9th may 2018 but refund is not generated please privide help
We checked the UPI reference number `813110532386` and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. If the funds have been debited and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, you will receive the credit in 10 working days.
