[Resolved] Razorpay — money not refunded | |
While i was trying to book my ticket through irctc rail connect application in my mobile; in payment option i have choosen the upi option and paid by tez upi. And the amount get deducted from my account as it is showing in tez that razorpay received the amount. But razorpay is showing that they didn't get money from upi. So i couldn't book the ticket also. And the amount 1500/- rupees get deducted. I request razorpay to refund my money back. Was this information helpful? | |
