[Resolved]  Razorpay — money refund

My name is alekhya. I have booked a ticket using irctc app on 11/06/18. The transaction failed but the money has been deducted from my account. It's been more than a week and the money had not yet been refunded into my account. The details of the transaction have been enclosed below. Irctc stated that the money had been refunded to the bank. Please do kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible.

We checked the payment ID and see that the refund ID: rfnd_ANvT5mZZeXtmjm for this payment has been successfully processed at our end on 18th Jun, 2018.
Refunds take 5-7 working days once it has been processed. Do write to us on [protected]@razorpay.com if you have any further queries.

I was booking tatkal on IRCTC app and used razorpay as payment gateway. An amount of RS 480/- was debited from my account but the ticket was not booked. The reason mentioned by IRCTC is that the bank is non responsive.

I haven't received my money yet.The previous complaint I registered stated that the money has been processed from your end on 16/06/18.
