[Resolved] Razorpay — money refund | |
My name is alekhya. I have booked a ticket using irctc app on 11/06/18. The transaction failed but the money has been deducted from my account. It's been more than a week and the money had not yet been refunded into my account. The details of the transaction have been enclosed below. Irctc stated that the money had been refunded to the bank. Please do kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Verified Support Jun 22, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Shashikanth, We checked the payment ID and see that the refund ID: rfnd_ANvT5mZZeXtmjm for this payment has been successfully processed at our end on 18th Jun, 2018. I haven't received my money yet.The previous complaint I registered stated that the money has been processed from your end on 16/06/18.
