[Resolved] Razorpay — money refund for failed transaction | |
Sir Today early morning i tried to book the ticket using irctc app. I paid the money using razorpay upi. My money was debited but the ticket is not booked. So i again booked the ticket. Finally my money was cut 2 times (1timeextra). Iam attaching the screen shot of transactions. Please verify and return the extra amount as early as possible. Verified Support May 11, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi, We checked the UPI ID's :[protected] and[protected] and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction.If the funds have been debited and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, you will receive the credit in 10 working days.
