May 3, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved The company was very prompt and raise a ticket pertaining to the issue. Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 02, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hey Kaustubh, we checked the transaction ID : [protected] and see that it was an unsuccessful transaction. You should ideally receive the refund within 10 working days from the date of debit.
