[Resolved]  Razorpay — No response on emails and denying refund

Hi,

I made a recharge transaction for the airtel number [protected] for an amount of rs.1448 on 17-aug-2020 at 9.30 am via my airtel app and through airtel-razorpay channel.

The transaction failed and a message prompted that i will get the refund.

It has been more than 2 weeks till now. I contacted the razorpay support and they have neither responded to my email nor processed the refund.

I am worried about my money as razorpay has not yet responded. Please help.
