[Resolved]  Razorpay — payment from bhim app money got debited but transaction failed.

This is to inform you that i was making a payment from BHIM app money got debited but transaction failed. In the Bhim App i am not getting the option to report a failed transaction, its only showing call bank, after speaking to SBI customer care they said to write an email with all the details. so the details are as follows:

Date of transaction: 13 Oct 2018
Time: 01:15:09
Remarks : IRCTC MOBILE
Amount is 770
