[Resolved] Razorpay — payment from upi to razorpay succeeded but razorpay to irctc not. | |
Hi there, I have made payment from BHIM UPI APP for a rail ticket reservation on 24th April 2018. Rs. 330 debited from the account but could not reach to the IRCTC and hence the transaction failed in between. Will the deducted amount be credited into my account automatically or is there some process i will have to follow. Thats why i am posting the complaint here. I had registered my complaint with all proofs on 25th April, and my complaint was forwarded to customer support on the next day. I think, correct Attached information with proof helped customer support to decide it sooner that my complaint is genuine and they confirmed it on 2nd May 2018. Although they said that i will get my refund within 10 working days, but I am happy to get it on the very next day - May 3, 2018. I got the message of refund on my cellphone.
