Razorpay — Payment holding in recipient account

My razor pay payment id:[protected]RAZ...AMOUNT TRANSFERRED:5537.96...RECEPIENT NAME: YOYO CASH, TUFFEN RUPEES.Amount transferred on 9th dec 2020..Amount got debited from my sbi account.But cash not get credited to the recepient account.Pls chk and revert asap.
