[Resolved] Razorpay — Payment made to Shopilance

I made a purchase for a WIRELESS COLOUR ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER from Shopilance and made the payment of Rs 943.95 using my credit card. I believe the merchant may not be a legitimate business entity as there is no way to contact the merchant. Can I get a refund of my money or is my money lost? Can you help me in anyway? I am attaching copies of my order confirmation.
