[Resolved]  Razorpay — payment online issue

Sir i am sushil kumar i am try to book a ticket on irctc rail connect. But during the payment process money got deducted through bhim at the request from bank upi and then i found that the ticket booking is failed and it is categorized under failed transactions in the portal and the reason was "no response from bank".

Date - 29 july 2018
Amount - ₹570

I have attached screenshots. 1 from bhim and other from irctc rail connect app showing the transaction id and the status of failed transaction.

Please initiate the refund or provide the status of refund.

Dear sir,
I'm Sushil Kumar i have paymented in razor pay app 29july to irctc rail connect but the amount is credited to ur bank but not received by the irctc i have mentioned reference ID no[protected]
Please chack the mistake and refund my amount to my account
