[Resolved] Razorpay — "pending from bank end" status even after the money was deducted from my bank. | |||
I booked tickets through IRCTC.co.in The amount was deducted from my account, however the status on the site shows up as "Pending from Bank End" Seems like your system is not fit for purpose. My irctc payment using bhim app (Razorpay payment gateway) got failed on 19 nov, amount debited from bank but not received refunded to my account. As per irctc, they have not received payment for this transaction.
