[Resolved] Razorpay — rail ticket cancellation refund amount not credited back to sb ac | |
Team, I booked a train ticket worth rs 1070 by using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay-upi. The ticket was booked but for some reason i cancelled the ticket and it's been 10 days refund amount isn't deposited to my respective bank account. Irctc is showing that the amount deposited to razorpay but my bank ac doesn't show any amount credited back from razorpay. Very frustrating since this should happen promptly. Please solve this issue asap.
