[Resolved]  Razorpay — razor pay irctc payment failure

I have made 2 no transactions of amount rs 2741.80 and rs. 250 on 06.03.2018 for booking train ticket using upi from irctc. But both the payment not completed and also showing failed at irctc end. Money has been deducted from bank account.
I have attached irctc failed transactions and upi payments details.
Its more than 5 days but money not refunded in bank account.
Pls refund my hard earned money.

Hi Ankit,

We checked the transactions and see that refunds have been initiated on 11th March 2018 . We are getting this checked with our banks. For further updates on the same please drop us a mail on [protected]@razorpay.com
