[Resolved] Razorpay — razorpay - irctc payment failure | |
Hi, On 21st oct, 2018 i booked train ticket in irctc and the payment is done via razerpay (Using bhim app). Neither ticket is booked nor the irctc history is showing for any failed payment but the money has been deducted from my account. I have waited for 10days for automatic refund but no refund. I have contacted upi support and they have replied we have transferred money you can contact the other end. Since i didn't find any way to contact razorpay support i am posting complaints here.
