Hello razor pay team, Booking id: [protected] Money deducted from bank account, ticket not booked Have tried to book a ticket (Irctc mobile app) from kcg to kjm on 27th december 2017 for date of journey 21st january 2018 payment mode as razorpay. Money rs 436 deducted from my bank account and ticket has not been booked. Please look into this issue and initiate refund at the earliest. Attached irctc screenshots for the same. Mar 23, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support Jan 22, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hey Ganesh, A refund of ₹ 436.09 has been successful at our end on Dec 30, 2017. While refunds are instant from our end, It may take up to 5-7 working days, please note that the working days does not include any bank holidays. Actual time taken for refund depends on your payment cycle with your bank. If there is a delay in the refund, you will have to contact your bank and file a dispute/chargeback against this transaction. You may submit your bank statement as proof for the debit, stating "Money has been debited from my account and I have not received services/product and not got a refund".
