[Resolved] Razorpay — refund didn't received | |||
Dear sir, I have not received my refund till now against a ticket cancelled on 24th of Oct 2018. I spoke to my bank about it they said to speak to the IRCTC and after calling form last 10 days IRCTC customer care said to email all the details. 1. Ticket booked on 24th Oct 2018 2. Cancelled on 24th Oct 2018. 3. PNR Number-[protected]. Refund amount of 520 is still not credited, i am attaching my bank statement for your reference that money has not been received Now they are saying that they have processed it on 25th of OCt 2018 it self.
