[Resolved]  Razorpay — refund issue

Actually i payment on razor gold by using paytm upi 166+166+166 3 times to reolad razor gold on 7 jaunrary 2020 transaction succesful for gt arcade but didn't reload in my razor gold account
I got an email from razor gold for refund process but 18 days has been gone and refund didot receive in my bank account please help me
