[Resolved] Razorpay — refund not been credited back to my account even after 25 days | |||
I paid an advance of 10523.00 towards droom add as an advance For buying a car. But the car was no longer available for sale and as such i raised a complained and droom honored a refund and Sent an advice to me saying that they successfully processed Refund order through razorpay from whom they used their Payment gateway on 29th october and the same was also Acknowledged by razorpay on 29th november 2018 with refund Ref. No. Rfnd_bfv98lqatq38ij. Since the refund did not show up Until today i checked with your web site about the process of refund from you and got arn number 7 payment id Pay_bbmcwfwrhgl5fw for refund amount for rs.10, 523.00.
