Hello mam/sir, I booked a ticket from jat (Jammu tawi) to pune in 11078 jhellum express on 27 july. But due to some reasons ticket is not booked and money is deducted from my tez upi. Verified Support Jul 29, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Akhil, We checked the transaction ID [protected] and see that a refund has been successfully processed on June 28th for the amount of INR 1, 990.00.
