[Resolved] Razorpay — refund not done | |
Hi Sir, I am Srajan Gupta. I booked a ticket on IRCTC on 5th March, 2018. It was Tatkal ticket. An amount of Rs. 1055 was deducted from the bank but ticket was NOT booked. I have also attached the screenshot of BHIM app. I am also giving the details below: TRANSACTION ID:[protected] Razorpay upi: [protected]@hdfcbank In the message of transaction sent to me from the bank it shows as - UPI UPI /[protected] / IRCTC Web / [protected]aupi PAYMENT METHOD: UPI Date of Booking: 4th March, 2018 Time of Booking: 10:01:51 Date of Journey: 5th March, 2018 Source Station: CNB (Kanpur) Train Number: 12033 Train Name: CNB NDLS SHATABDI Destination Station: GZB (Ghaziabad) Ticket: Tatkal Ticket.
