[Resolved]  Razorpay — refund not done from razorpay

Hey i am booked ticket through irctc connect via razorpay payment mode selected but my ticket not booked but amount deduct form my account due to selected seat not available. When i saw irctc site u already refund amount to my account but still not refund in my account. Please revert asap.

I tried to book a ticket in irctc using Razorpay UPI method. The payment got failed and the ticket was not booked. But the amount is taken from my account. Refund is not done till now.

Hi Team,

I did IRCTC transaction via razorpay but the transaction failed and money was deducted from my account . Even after 10 days no information is received regarding the same.
