Hey i am booked ticket through irctc connect via razorpay payment mode selected but my ticket not booked but amount deduct form my account due to selected seat not available. When i saw irctc site u already refund amount to my account but still not refund in my account. Please revert asap. Hi Team,
I did IRCTC transaction via razorpay but the transaction failed and money was deducted from my account . Even after 10 days no information is received regarding the same.
