Razorpay — Refund not received after multiple follow-ups

I made a payment of ₹7299 on October 16, 2024 through Razorpay to register a company via a service provider (RIZE). The service provider mentioned that a refund would be initiated if the registration did not proceed. I have been following up for months, but I have not received the refund yet.

Despite raising multiple concerns, there has been no resolution or support. Razorpay's customer service also failed to provide any concrete update.

Kindly look into the matter and help initiate the refund of ₹7299 as soon as possible.
