[Resolved]  Razorpay — refund not received

Sir/madam,
I had booked ticket from irctc on 01.11.2018 and paid through razorpay (Using upi). I cancelled the same on 01.11.2018. On 02.11.2018, i received a mail from irctc that my refund is processed. Following details were given in the said mail
-pnr-[protected]
Transaction id - [protected]
-e-ticket booking:01-nov-2018
-refund processing date:02-nov-2018
-refund amount:7500.0
-refund reference no:rfnd_bh0enurzpm6shg
Again i followed up with irctc and they have mailed me that refund is processed from their side but i have not received refund in my account till now. I have also raised ticket on razorpay website with ticket number 291727 on 9 november 2018 and mailed them too on [protected]@razorpay.com. I have also posted greivance for the mentioned ticket on 13 november. Have neither received any response from razorpay's side not got my refund.

I have placed an order for lengha in avoonik site and I made payment on 30/10/2018 but I haven't received any email confirmation of order dispatch of my orders please note my order no 66982.

Sir I try to booking a ticket from irctc, payment through razorpay and deduct 470 rupees and not book my ticket but not refund till date
