[Resolved] Razorpay — Refund not received | |
I have subscribed for a zoom car subscription on[protected] with amount 23430 due to non availability of cars i received a call from zoom that amount will get refunded and as per zoom company refund has been initiated on[protected] and they have provided me the below details. Refund Amount₹ 23, 430.00 Refund ID:20200720111212801300168768276386248 Order ID : 12ef5a55-b2f2-11ea-a316-024cc6a2fc70 Till now i have not received amount in my account and has raised multiple requests and filed a grievance through razor pay website but i have not received any satisfactory response regarding my refund.
