[Resolved]  Razorpay — Refund not received

I paid my august rent for nestaway using googlepay on 3rd august.
The transaction failed but amount got deducted.
I raised issues with nestaway, they said that razorpay is involved and they will be refunding the money.
Razorpay mailed me confirming the same that the refund has been initiated.

Now from 8th august, till today i have not got my amount.
Whatever issues i register to them, i just get an automated response in the mail.

I have raised multiple tickets, grievance but no response or update on my amount.

The amount is 8574 and the status of refund still shows intiated.
