[Resolved] Razorpay — refund not received for failed irctc transaction | |
Hello razorpay, My irctc payment using razorpay payment gateway got failed twice today on 12th october. Amount debited from bank but not received refund. On irctc status of these transaction is - failed transaction ; ticket not booked. Verified Support Oct 14, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Smita, We checked the transactions [protected] and [protected] and see that they are unsuccessful transactions.
