[Resolved]  Razorpay — refund of ticket

Booked a ticket on 13th of jan 2018 from irctc app and made payment of 2026 rs through razorpay, amount got debited from my account but the ticket didn't got booked, it has been 10 days still the amount is not reflecting in my account .. I am attaching the details plz refund my money. The ticket was from kpd jn to howrah of 29th march 2018, usually when transaction fails i got it refunded in 3-4 days but razorpay has been very bad in their service to customers.
