[Resolved]  Razorpay — refund on cancellation not received

I cancelled a ticket on IRCTC with cancellation transaction ID [protected] and Refund ID [protected] amounting to Rs 485 on 22 April 2018. It has been more than 12 days and the refund hasn't been credited into my account. The status is showing refund is complete.
Please complete this refund as soon as possible.
