[Resolved] Razorpay — refund reference no:rfnd_a124wyknmctcf8 not received till now

Tickets on irctc tickets were made on 18th april but cancelled due to my plan changed wide cancelled ticket transaction id [protected] of rs. 2020/- but i have not received the refund amount. Although it was going to be refunded within 6 to 7 days, it was not done yet

i have done payment from the irctc app by RAZOR PAY and the money is debited and ticket is not booked .Pease resolve my issue
