[Resolved] Razorpay — regarding refunds | |||||
I did a transaction to irctc using razorpay on 9 feb. 2018 but somehow my ticket was cancelled and on 11 th of feb. I received a confirmation message from irctc that your money will be refunded in 3 to 4 days and they provide me a refund id but till now i didn't get my refunds. So i contact to razorpay but they are not replying only they provide me a reference number that is 161424. But till now i didn't get my refunds so today i contacted to irctc and i got a message from them that is attached to this complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||||
