Razorpay — Services / goods not received from Merchant - payment gateway was Razorpay | |
I did payment through Razorpay payment gateway to a merchant named one on one indus pvt ltd but neither services nor goods received from merchant. I informed to Razorpay then razorpay mailed me that they have marked these transactions as dispute and will revert within 21 days. But after 12 days razorpay mailed me and informed me that merchant is not responding to Razorpay so contact bank for chargeback and i applied for chargeback. Razorpay neither sharing details of merchant nor responding to my mails. I have done FIR also in local police station. Razorpay can initiate the refund since merchant is fake. But razorpay is not doing anything. Kindly look into matter and give my refund. Was this information helpful? | |
