[Resolved]  Razorpay — Settlement is on Hold

Address: Ahmedabad-Gujarat

Ticket ID 3035075 dated 3-Aug-21 for Settlement is on hold.
I have tried communicating with them over email but there is only one reply that Razorpay success team will get back to you within 2 Business Days.
I have tried communicating with the executives on the website via chat option. They have only one reply that please wait and concern team will send us an email.
I received payments on 2nd August and complained regarding Settlement is on hold on 3rd August but still there is no positive reply from Razorpay team.

Complaint marked as Resolved 
Settlement is on hold message is currently removed from my Razorpay Transaction portal. Still waiting for the transfer the payments in my account as per their scheduled time, It is may be in next one hour. Hope it is done and payment will be received in one hour
Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
