Razorpay — Settlement issue

I am writing to request the removal of the block on my settlement. Our account has recently faced a delay in processing settlements, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. all the necessary documents which were indeed needed i have shared with your team yet there has been delay and very slow progress. also, razor pay holed my fund however they are deducting their commission

Although they promised to settle my payment once I share the Ss of invoice and tracking details, yet they again came up with another payment details and process.

now that I have mailed each document which was required, I request you to kindly resolve the issue asap as needed to pay my vendors and tailors because the product is being shipped already but your team is delaying the settlement.
