[Resolved] Razorpay — Settlement under hold | |||
I run my registered company wher I hold my official account with IDFC first bank and also hold retail POS from the same bank itself. Usually we do have online transaction with the clients who resides in remote areas to access the purchased order with payment to be done only via online mode, so we came up on the online seamless transaction razorpay for the genuine and user friendly interface for online service, though it's genuine transaction our payment has set to hold and i ourself who errands a msme business runs for daily credit basis the razorpay makes payment under hold for more than 5 days and the customer support team also not responsive for the settlements which is still under hold with not given a proper response, and I wonder though it is verified proper KYC account which is no way to make a fraudulent activities considers it has risk. I really condemn this action from razorpay and highly frustrated with inappropriate activities done from razorpay service. I really in need of this action to be considered on priority.
