Razorpay — Shopgone.in - Products not received | |||
I placed an order for Rs. 1690/- on shopgone.in for various kitchen products on 2nd Nov, 2020. The payment was routed through Razorpay. ORDER NUMBER IS #2942 I got a confirmation email from their mail id - kiayara.[protected]@gmail.com about the order confirmation. Its been 3 days now but there is no update on the shipping. The website does not have any phone number. Only email id is provided - [protected]@shopgone.in I doubt that this company is 100% Fraud and i need my money back. Razorpay should not be associated with such Fraud online portals. Please advise further course of action. Was this information helpful? | |||
