[Resolved]  Razorpay — shrewsbury biscuits from kayani bakery, pune

I had ordered 1 kg of shrewsbury biscuits from kayani bakery, pune on[protected]. The payment of rs.800/ was made through razorpay on the same day. The payment was duly acknowledged by them. (Ref: payment id: pay_9fdkhensmkwme1)

Unfortunately, i have not received it even after 25 days.

Please look into it and arrange to dispatch the same today itself.

Razorpay customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complaint author have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.
