[Resolved]  Razorpay — still I not get my product

I have ordered a nokia phone before six day ago but still it is not reaching. I was trying to call us but unfortunately all executives are busy from last 4 hours which is not acceptable as a costumer. After that i got a website but as same as your executives it is also not acceptable. Now i want to know about my product where it reaches if it is delivered from there so i want refund my balanceand also u want it will not happen for future
