[Resolved] Razorpay — ticket cancellation refund

I book train ticket and i will do a payment from razorpay aap foro irctc and i do it by debit card and second one by internet banking for one ticket because of my network problem after sometime both of the payment will be deducted from my account please refund my money back to my account one i got refund second one in down image 7 and 8 number shows the payment by razorpay app for irctc +1 photos Was this information helpful? I deepak kumar booked one air ticket worth 10, 132 rupees on 18 Feb 19.But amount deducted two times from my account with total 20, 264 rupees. I have been send them mail many times but didn't get response.Till now I didn't get refund.
Plz refund my amount.
