[Resolved]  Razorpay — train ticket amount refund a

I booked a train ticket using razorpay but the amount deducted but the ticket is not booked please help to refund the amount and the status of the ticket is pending from bank end...
I tried to contact them but there is no customer service from them, a toll free number they registered but it always saying busy.
I am very disappointed and not make any transactions using razorpay if they don't improve
