[Resolved]  Razorpay — train ticket

Hi,

Booked Ticket on IRCTC using Razor pay amount debited INR 1540 but IRCTC website showing Payment Pending from Bank End, I inquired at my Bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at Bank End. IRCTC anyway unable to say anything as their System is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither I am able to book new ticket nor I am able to get the status of the booking.but IRCTC shows as not booked and no response from bank but money already deducted from my account and transfered to [protected]@hdfcbank but razorpay not transferred to IRCTC. Please refund my amount back as early as possible.

We checked the transaction with transaction ID: [protected] and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. If the funds have been debited from your account, you will receive the credit within 10 working days. I tried to book a ticket on 21st June through IRCTC app, I paid money through razorpay option, my money got deducted but ticket is not booked.
I didn't receive any message when will I get my refund

We checked and see that a refund for the transaction ID: 100001320832840 is processed from our end on 26th June, 2018. The amount of ₹ 1, 380.00 will be credited to your account within 5-7working days.
