[Resolved]  Razorpay — transaction failed due to razorpay bank not responding

Tried to book a tacket from my irctc id on 14/08/2018 through 'bhim app' with the option of 'razor
Payment gateway'. The ticket was not booked but the amount is debited from my account. I was hoping that the
Amount would instantly credited to my account, but it is not happen till date.
My transaction id [protected]
It says no response from razorpe bank.

Please do refund to my amount. Don't delay me, we poor people need go for working purpose.

We checked the transaction with the txn ID- [protected] and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. As there has been a debit for the same in your account, the amount will be credited back to your account in 7-10 working days. Hi,
Transaction I'd [protected].date of travelling 15th Aug 2018.Money deducted but booking status is pending from bank end.will it be resolved or should I book the tickets again.money will be refunded?Please assist at the earliest as ticket need to be booked today
