RBL Bank — Account Frozen Without Alert, No Response

I hold a savings account with RBL Bank. My account was suddenly frozen citing a “suspicious transaction” — but I was never informed via SMS, email, or phone.

Now the bank is asking me to wait 48 hours without confirming if the issue will be resolved. I am facing a medical emergency and unable to access my funds.

This is unfair, and the bank is not responding to my emails. I request urgent help.
