I applied four amount for EMI later I paid full amount one day before due date. they charged fined same amount two times. individually 3 times or whole amount also.please do needful. otherwise I will go for consumer court

    I performed a txn on 13 april 2023 for payment tp govt of haryana using credit card of rbl bank of Rs 73900 via transaction no tcp[protected]. this transaction yet not settled in beneficiary account and still shows in AWAITED status. i tried to call RBL bank many times but their representatives just said it was successful and not cooperating me. even toll free No of RBL bank is not in working condition. in this situation as a customer what i can do. please guide

      I have made my payment for my credit card for the statement generated on mar 23 and enclosing the proof of the same .RBL bank is saying payment not received customer care is dumb and not responding properly.Please help

          Dear Sir,

          This is to request you to please stop calling to any of my known ones regarding my dues. As your assigned RE or Recovery agencies calling my non stop and to my known regarding the payment.

          Today also someone called in my company and enquired about me and tell the receptionist and other office female staff . This is not acceptable at all. Also has done misbehave with them specially female staff. Complain registered in RBL

          Pls help me.

              They created the emi two days after receiving the refund!

              Credit Card Last Number - 2730
              Name - Diksha Pawar

              10th March 2023 - Bought a product from apple on 6 month no cost emi
              10th march 2023 - Cancelled it after 15 minutes because of personal reason!
              11th March 2023 - Money was received back from apple on CARD !
              13th March 2023 - RBL BANK Creates the EMI for the transaction and charge me 200 processing fees .
              17th march 2023 - THey charge me...

              Dear Sir./Madam. I am sai baba and my RBL credit card account no is last foru digits is 3440. I have received a safari card form RBL saying its free life time card when they issued this card and i dont even create pin also they send me neary Rs 5800 as annual fee that time i called customer care asked them to close my card. they closed my card and kept as negative payment in Cibil. because of this my cibil score is effecting.                 A COLLECTION AGENT FROM RBL BANK, TNAGAR went to my home for collection.. For your info, my case is already with Settlement and I have communicated to Nodal Officer also. THEN WHY RBI rules. Sir?

                Even after severacl complaints to RBL Bank Grievence Cell, NO, CNO, PNO tne Collection agents are behaving like gundas and threatening. This is todays call log for me and its utmost untolelarable irrtitated.

                    Hi Team, I am an RBL ET money loan pass credit card customer from past 6 years, I have cleared my total outstanding and principal for my card number [protected] name Suraj S with in 1month of torture and excess interest from bank people for Rs 2 lakhs and now after clearing everything they are telling me to pay for the emi foreclosure charges of Rs5512, I don't have money to pay for closure charges even after clearing the complete outstanding amount for my credit card. please help me to get this resolved ASAP and help me to cancel/ close my credit card permanently without charges.RegardsSuraj

                      I Muslim Barrister already made payment of Rs38000 in credit card account, I have 2 cards one of RBL bank and another of Bajaj RBL having club limit of 45000, so I have deposited 38000 amount in it, remaining amount of 7000 is pending, which I will deposit when you guys clear all my penalties, dues and charges. As I won't be able to pay that as per my financial issues. kindly reply with resolution as I want to closed both the card at onces.

                        I am appealing to you with great anticipation. Because this kind of problem is constantly happening to common people like me.

                        I have an RBL credit card. Through which I buy things. But in the statements that are being given to me every month I think the wrong amount is being asked. And when I ask them for proper statement they are not giving it to me. And calls at least five times a day insisting to refund the money.

                        But I have a clear idea that the money they are asking me is much more than my expenses.

                        I humbly seek your intervention in this matter. And please save me from this problem.

                          I am a customer of RBL bank kamla nagar sultan ganj branch Agra I m female and I want to use a washroom but the staff and guards refused me to use the washroom.it’s was a very bad experience and I will close my account with the same. I don’t want to operate the account where they don’t value the customer.
                          This is very rude behaviour not acceptable.

                            I would like to inform you all that I am also a victim of such kind of behavior by Gagan kohli team. He tried to call to me badly abused / Harrased and threatened them. Due to job loss I was not able to repay the loan amount and I requested him not to do such kind of activity but he didn't listen and continuedly did the same thing.

                                Incorrect charges

                                I have taken CC in the year 2018, while applying its been committed to me as no Annual charges will be charged. but to my surprise RBL charged with Annual charges along with Insurance which i have not applied. As soon i came to know it, i have made complete payment which i have used and asked the customer rep to close my card as i am not willing to pay Annual charges. But card was not closed and interest is been charged, Now i am getting...

                                I have paid all my used amount and have cleared all the balance which I have used. After which, I have requested RBL bank to close my credit card permanently, but they keep on imposing penalties every month. It was bank mistake that they have activated infinity pass on my account for which bank is liable to clear all dues which has not been executed from my side.

                                I have been repeatedly upbringing and highlighted the issue of hidden charges have been added on my account, but no action is being taken from bank end to resolve the issue.

                                So, please go through the attached pics help me to get out of this matter.
