Updated by HARSH0124 Why Debit card annual fee is deducted 2 times in a year and they are not returning it.
I have logged a complaint[protected] for reversal of Debit card fee that was deducted 2 times from my account in a FY, but they closed it.

I applied four amount for EMI later I paid full amount one day before due date. they charged fined same amount two times. individually 3 times or whole amount also.please do needful. otherwise I will go for consumer court

I performed a txn on 13 april 2023 for payment tp govt of haryana using credit card of rbl bank of Rs 73900 via transaction no tcp[protected]. this transaction yet not settled in beneficiary account and still shows in AWAITED status. i tried to call RBL bank many times but their representatives just said it was successful and not cooperating me. even toll free No of RBL bank is not in working condition. in this situation as a customer what i can do. please guide

Dear Sir./Madam. I am sai baba and my RBL credit card account no is last foru digits is 3440. I have received a safari card form RBL saying its free life time card when they issued this card and i dont even create pin also they send me neary Rs 5800 as annual fee that time i called customer care asked them to close my card. they closed my card and kept as negative payment in Cibil. because of this my cibil score is effecting. A COLLECTION AGENT FROM RBL BANK, TNAGAR went to my home for collection.. For your info, my case is already with Settlement and I have communicated to Nodal Officer also. THEN WHY RBI rules. Sir?

Even after severacl complaints to RBL Bank Grievence Cell, NO, CNO, PNO tne Collection agents are behaving like gundas and threatening. This is todays call log for me and its utmost untolelarable irrtitated.

I Muslim Barrister already made payment of Rs38000 in credit card account, I have 2 cards one of RBL bank and another of Bajaj RBL having club limit of 45000, so I have deposited 38000 amount in it, remaining amount of 7000 is pending, which I will deposit when you guys clear all my penalties, dues and charges. I have an RBL credit card. Through which I buy things. But in the statements that are being given to me every month I think the wrong amount is being asked. And when I ask them for proper statement they are not giving it to me. And calls at least five times a day insisting to refund the money.

But I have a clear idea that the money they are asking me is much more than my expenses.

I humbly seek your intervention in this matter. And please save me from this problem.
