[Resolved]  RBL Bank — Collection agents - speaking very harshly - case is in legal settlement

I have sent Intimation to RBL NODAL Officers on July month. I applied for Settlement . Process going on.. I have shared my Advocate number aslo. RBL BANK Women employees are shouting me very badly, and against them I can talk or attend call.. Hence phrasing this complaint.
