RBL Bank — After doing the Payment for Credit card still not reflecting in my Credit card.

Hi Team,

This is to inform you that I have done Payment through internet banking on 20th Feb & later it got reveres to my account this happens every time whenever i do the payment due to this i have to go an deposit the money at near branch of RBL & face 100 ruppes charges fee..

I have done payment (Cash deposited at Airoli branch) on 7th of march and my due date is 9 th march. still the money is not reflecting in my card. On calling to customer care they say wait for 2 days it will reflect also on email i have share the recipie on mail.

i request you to please look into it if its is not resolved in 2 days then i will surrender the card... this kind of service is not accepted every month even after doing the payment still the issue is same... and the amount is not 1 or 2 thousand it is around 26500.

Sir at 15/03/2022 morning i paid my RBL BANK CREDIT CARD bill through RBL MY CARD APP, with my KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK 811 ACCOUNT DEBIT CARD. Amount is 5449.97. TRANSACTION NUMBER IS[protected] . ACCOUNT NUMBER IS xxxxx21. My RBL BANK CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS xxxxxxxxx39.My amount was debited, but it is not credited to my card transactions. Iam not yet received any conformation from RBL BANK.i am requesting that kindly consider my request, and do needful to complete the transaction to add the amount to my credit card transactions. or refund my amount to make another transaction asap.
