[Resolved] RBL Bank — They created the emi two days after receiving the refund!

Credit Card Last Number - 2730 Name - Diksha Pawar 10th March 2023 - Bought a product from apple on 6 month no cost emi 10th march 2023 - Cancelled it after 15 minutes because of personal reason! 11th March 2023 - Money was received back from apple on CARD ! 13th March 2023 - RBL BANK Creates the EMI for the transaction and charge me 200 processing fees . 17th march 2023 - THey charge me the first EMI !! Now when i reached to them, they say it will not be cancelled and will be foreclosed !! So, Total Charges i pay = Processing fees + GST + foreclosure CHARGES ! How Can This happen?? This is clear theft. WHY should i pay these charges ? The money was refunded before emi so why is emi created ? Mar 24, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved Received this on EMAIL! - Also, we would like to confirm that as a customer centric gesture we have reversed the processing fee of INR 199 and interest on billed EMI of INR 301 plus associated GST, credit for the same will reflect on your statement dated 17th April, 2023. Thank You RBL BANK for reverting charges! RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
