RBL Bank — against platinum credit card service & fee | |||
I was facing problem with rbl credit card with minimum usage facility n all & because of the same i have tried thrice to close the card & withdraw it. I called their customer care thrice (With spending time more then 1.5 hrs. But they always suggested that you will got call from our executive first two time did not get it but third time i got call and there was a girl from rbl customer care. She suggested don't do this and when membership fee will be charged you can call us and request for reversal and this kind of request always accepted. Bla bla bla... I thought let's keep it if she is confirming the same. But now when i got statement fee is charged. I called their cc hired different story. So my concern is not money my concern is if we could have other bank's credit card where all are membership free card then why we will have rbl and pay membership fee... So this kind of things means promises for something else and then actual something else is not acceptable and is absolutely harassing customers because no one wants to spoiled their civil record and therefore they are bound to pay. Will rbl take any step against this kind of services... What is solution for this with them... How i can get back my money...? With all these questions thanks rbl for your best services which has been spoiled my temper... Totally unacceptable really... Was this information helpful? | |||
